Reservations
Spa parties must be booked by phone and we recommend reserving at least 12 weeks in advance to help ensure your preferred date and time are available.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Your party date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Remaining due on day of services.
Gratuity is included in all spa party pricing, so there is no need to calculate or add gratuity on the day of your celebration.
Your guest count is considered final once your deposit has been paid. Because we schedule and reserve our service providers specifically for your group, guests cannot be added or removed after the reservation is confirmed.
If a guest is unable to attend for any reason, including illness or a last-minute cancellation, the full amount for that guest will still be due. A replacement person is always an option, by letting Front Desk know their name and person they will be replacing. We are unable to issue refunds, credits, or reduce the remaining balance for absent guests.

Fresh Roses — Available as an Add-On
Surprise the Birthday Girl or Bride-to-Be with beautiful fresh roses waiting for her when she arrives.
Guests are also welcome to bring their own decorations! Please let us know in advance if you plan to decorate so we can coordinate an appropriate setup time.
To keep our spa peaceful and comfortable for all guests, decorations must be approved in advance.
Guests are responsible for bringing, setting up and removing their decorations following the celebration.
